Complete 2020 FHN Mural Collection – Limited Edition

$125.00

"Breonna Taylor and Black Lives Matter,” the 7,000 sq.ft. ground mural in Annapolis, MD, photographed by Maurice Taylor, depicts the mural created on July 4-5, 2020. The mural uses peaceful and artistic means to express distress, giving a voice to those who need to be heard and to have their humanity recognized. FHN wants our future leaders to experience this pivotal moment in history in an active and positive way, and for Breonna Taylor to always be remembered.

"Captain Compassion," is a tribute to first responders, painted by 20 young artists on 20 individual canvases, created in separate locations while observing social distancing at the onset of the 2020 pandemic... many individual parts literally and figuratively coming together to create a greater whole.

"Black Vote Mural Project" (detail), is a reminder of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and an homage to those who fought for equal voting rights for ALL. The entire 30-foot mural can be viewed at the Banneker-Douglass Museum in Annapolis, Maryland.
